Can I recover my post progress from battle bay?

    I lost all my progress when refreshing the game during a lag so I have to start again an when I re-enter my name in game, it said the name was take so is there any way I can recover my progress in game?

    Not sure how but all I did is get off the lag and go to battle bay app data and delete the caches and data. I though that might help decreasing the lag or space as well but when I came back, all my progress was gone. Also my account is not connected to Facebook yet.
