Mortar damage radius question

    Does the mortar get less damaging the further it out of the middle of the AoE ?
    And if so, what's the drop off?

    Yep it decreases. Like muuuuuuch. Calculation is easy. If you get away from center, muchs "u" will be longer.

    I wonder because I was on the outside edge of the circle and the shot i took was almost 600 (570 ish) damage, it made me wonder if the mortar is similar to the mine in that the damage is the same no matter how close or far you are or if that mortar would have done 1k damage at the center
