Well... let's admit the last half was wishful thinking.
However, I really appreciate the effort the Rovio team has put into this game, keep up the good work and good updates. Let's face it, having no guilds and chats is better than not being able to play!
(still fuming on the inside):mad::mad:

IMO, you should limit the amount of messages you can send out in a certain period of time.. It would stop spammers. All I ever saw in the world chat was a bunch of gibberish and people spamming the heck out of that chat. They would literally not even say a comprehensible sentence. That's just an abuse of world chat and its annoying for people who actually want something important to say or ask.

I totally agree those idiots need to realize that world chat is not for their personal idiotness it's for those talking to others without a guild

Maybe Battle Bay could do something similar to what Kingdoms at War does (buying speakers in order to use world chat).

That would cut down in spamming and also they could balance it By slightly tweaking the prices for other items in store?

I like to spend money on games, but I don't like spending it on a game and get hardly anywhere lol
    :p

Well...been waiting for like the 3rd(or 4th?) Day without global and guild chat......this time I really agree they need to reward us a "sorry for the inconvenience"reward, like other rovio games.

Well yeah, it has definitely taken surprisingly long to fix this situation, but just having chats down isn't really harming anyone's gameplay so that they should be rewarded for compensation. Of course it's annoying for all of us, especially if you are supposed to manage your guild

However, I do feel sorry for those who purchased VIP and are now unable to use their VIP chat (no matter if that chat was good or bad quality, it's still a paid feature). I think these people should be compensated with one extra week of VIP or something.

As a newbie to the game I don't know what I'm missing by guilds etc being down but can only imagine it cuts right thru the 'fleeting up' with ppl that have no clue about winning with a little intuitive strategy, it's really not hard to grasp the basics of the game but feels like I've already reached my limit playing in a team of gung ho randoms, any update Rovio on when everything's up n running, just an ish I won't hold you to it?

You can fleet of up friends...but it's still hard to strat with others you can't truly communicate with. Don't get discouraged by hitting a "wall" in the game...keep on trying out different ships, different set ups, and try out all the weapons...there's ton of different roles you can play in the game...

Rixgenerate - yeah I've tried a few combos with little success as 5 newbies (3 x fixers n 2 x defenders) I've found tends not to work Just need an old head or 2 to get a team working together (or at least tell me wtf I should be doing)

The guilds were great for this, and even, to a lesser extent, the global. Pre global we had a lot of fun on global, and would sync up with a bunch of players together, by counting down and pressing battle together. Even if you ended up on opposite sides, there was a lotore enjoyment in the game. At the moment, with limited socialising, it's very much just a slow grinding, battle game... Don't get me wrong, I'm still having fun... But it feels ... muted (pun intended, coz I'm punny :D)
