I see players from China

    Hi Guys,

    As far as I can can tell, Battle Bay needs you to log into your Google account. CHina is banning Google, facebook ..... and soon next Feb 2018 all VPNs (used to bypass such restrictions).

    How are they able to play then? Im asking because I may go there in a few months time.... in the past ive used VPNs.... but is there anything else I can use to keep playing it?

    Battle Bay does not require you to login into any accounts. But it is recommended so that you don't lose your progress if you uninstall the game.

    Sorry if im being unclear. I woudl liek to keep playing while keeping my progress of course.
    And ive seen some players from China with MK4-5 ships. Surely they didnt do that without saving progress somehow?

    not saving progress on a daily basis. being able to restore progress if they deleted the app.

    Saving progress is not something you do on the daily basis. You once log in with game center, google play or facebook and we then associate that account to your Battle Bay account, and you can forever access your BB account as long as you have access to your GC/GP/FB account.
