Evolving weapons!

    how do I evolve weapon I have power cell, and talent needed... and the gold!?

    You also need a second copy of the same item, with the same colour ring around it

    Yes. Unfortunately, you need to try and find another in a free box, star box, daily reward in the calendar or by combining item pieces (10 of) out of your inventory
