    This will NEVER happen. But what happens if 2 ships(the last 2 remaining, one on each side), kill each other simultaneously? Is that a draw:p?

    Think this has been discussed before. The game will register which side has won a game once all player of a side is sunk.
    Even if the last 2 players of each side shot at each other for the kill, whoever got the kill shot registered on server side faster will win the game, even by milliseconds.

    Its happened a couple times for me, on games where both opponents were one hit away from being killed....
    those cases, fast projectiles win out...it is really intense lol.
    Luckily for me, most are wins....
    but the losses...definitely had to buy a new phone or two ;)
