I'm going to use battle bay to become stronger. (Yes, I might be bit sadistic)

    I have come up with an incredibly genius, stupid, smart, retarded and sadistic idea. So how does it work?
    For every match that I lose I'll have to do 10 pull-ups
    If I can't do pull ups anymore I'll have to do 10 push-ups after every lose.
    If I can't do push-ups anymore I'll have to do 15 squats (deep squats)
    If I can't do squats anymore I'll have to do 20 sit-ups.
    If I can't do sit-ups anymore, then I'm not allowed to play more matches.

    After every match that I lose I'll have to do the excercise immediatly, I'm not allowed to stack/collect the excercises.
    Luckily I have a healthy eating habit, and I got good knowledge regarding food in relation to fitness, so I should be fine.

    So let me know what you guys think. Be sure to cheer me on with this incredibly stupid idea.

    Also, are there some volunteers who would like to join me with this idea?

    I think this should have been posted in the off topic section.
    Btw, quality over quantity to become stronger! 1 slow perfect form pullup shoud be enough in my opinion. And you will keep your nervous system fresh for battling in the bay :D

    I'm actually experienced in fitness already. When I go to the gym I can do 10 regular pull-ups with 30kg weight (good form). However, if you're juat getting started 1 or 2 should be enough. I was actually thinkong that this might be a little bit too simple lol

    10 pull ups is rough tho lol that's equivalent to like 40 push-ups for me at least (in terms of difficulty)

    This is actually what I did for a while in DOTA to get better at surviving. Whenever I died would have to do 10 pushups unless I bought back. Actually trained me to dive less and judge if I could make it out alive more often :cool:

    Lol, this is funny. I work out and play Battle Bay between sets. We should start a club. It'll be the next crossfit. Battle Bay Fitness for the win!

    I hardly ever loose though... so I can't do it your way. teehee :p

    Haha, by the time I'm number 1 I will be able to defeat Phil Heath and become the next mr. olympia lol.

    I still lose equally as much, but now losing doesn't bother me anymore because of the distraction of all those excercises.
