No epic item contained in epic container

    This morning I purchased a epic container and was pretty disappointed when I opened all of my chests and found that I did not receive the guaranteed epic item. I did receive the nine epic parts and combined them with one I had before, but that is hardly what I would call a guaranteed epic item. Especially when the listed contents before purchase include both the item an the parts. Please advise on how to remedy this. Thanks

    Check again...epic container has 1 guaranteed epic item and nine guaranteed epic parts...along with 9 rare items...Trust me, I read the contents before dropping such a large pile of pearls. I still pissed Rovio

    The 3900 set of crates is meant to have a guaranteed Epic item yes. Maybe you just didn't notice it ? Otherwise submit a ticket to the support team and I'm sure they'll sort it out.
