MK7 Boats already scares me -- Given that you start facing off against top 10 players already at mk4 & the huge gap in power between mk4 & 6... Gonna be fun looking at Blacktail with 10k+ hp.
Nothing to adress item acquisiton rates is not really suprising, but I am concerned that you guys are content with a gearing pace of around 4years from start till lvl 50 epic. Usually freemiums lets the chaff sorta catch up to the whales before moving the goalposts again.

Being a Fixer reading through these notes was quite an emotional rollercoaster --- Repair Bolt!, exciting!
But then you read on & see the Repair Pulse change, auch.

Balancing
Sniper Cannon nerf = Surprised to see this hit before Blast Cannon (which is the main zerg people from full to zero weapon these days). Being a Fixer I'm obviously a fan of nerfs to burst potential though! Also surprised to see Big Torpedo left unchanged.
Ballpark = Good change, that changes nothing
Overboost = Combined nerf to Fixers, Speeders and Enforcers -- The nerf cuts effective uptime by quite abit, but it does make sense to turn it into a tool you need to think about rather than something you just press and always have on.
Tesla Shield = In your face Enforcers, good riddance. If it was 4sec stun when broken by Tesla Stun then sure.. This seems like a crazy & unneeded nerf to the poor Enforcers out there.
Repair Pulse = Auch.
Repair Box = No big deal.

Suprised to learn that you felt Fixers & Enforcers was the two classes that deserved a slap with the nerf bat -- Speeder changes would have been less surprising, now we'll just see more Speeders instead as their main counter was nerfed much harder.
Oh well, your stats must have shown that Fixers & Enforcers needed the most nerfing.
