Star system is inconsistent

    I mainly use fixer, and lately I've been finding the star system doesn't stay consistent. I have no idea what is going on. Why do I do 9000 heals and get one star? But do 2000 ,and get two? (Pictures of proof)

    Given that its based on a predefined formula it is by default consistent.

    But as a fellow Fixer I agree that trying to understand that formula is nigh impossible.
