How much do tier 2 - tier 4 legendary items cost? CAD, USD

I came to the conclusion that a legendary item would cost a "meeeeasly" $839.94 CAD or 599.94 USD at the cheapest. but OF COURSE that's not enough for some players. Player such as Winkleberry5 and RNG - Bunta have in their possession tier 1 - tier 3, and even TIER 4 LEGENDARY items to rule the bay with. Good on them! But what would it cost the average player to own such items?

- These calculations are based on PROBABILITY! I would assume that everyone of the players mentioned got more lucky with their items PLEASE don't take them too seriously
- These calculations don't include the parts/power cells needed to upgrade/evolve the items

- First let's try to estimate the cost for a tier 2 legendary item.
- Let's say you happen to get a legendary Blast cannon. There's a 2.85% chance to get that since there's 35 items in that category. The question is, how many items would you have to get before you got another Blast Cannon. We can't know for sure. But I feel like you would have to get another 18 different items before you could get a duplicate. Which means in total you are buying another 20 (2 blast cannons and the rest other ones) legendary items.
839.94, 599.94 x 20 = $16 798.80, $11 998.80 USD for a tier 2 legendary item

OK, so now lets go farther...TIER 4 LEGENDARY!!! All we need to do to get this estimate is to run over the previous calculations 2 times over
(839.94, 599.94 x 38) + 16 798.80,11 998.80 = $48 718.42 CAD, $34 796.52 USD, for a tier 4 legendar item

I want to stress again that these calculations probably have some minor flaws in them and should be taken with a grain of salt!

Your formating makes it incredibly hard to read!

I think you have a false assumption somewhere -- I think item piece colours are distributed in a way that makes all items be equally rare (in theory); meaning that when you acquire an item piece is has a 19/35 chance of being red.
Meaning that for every 19 legendary weapons you completely, you will only find 4 legendary healing items. Which leads to the same (theoretical) price for duplicates.

Not that this changes much, Im still not considering selling the wife so I can get bigger guns on my boat

the percentage of getting one in your calculations remind me the roulette at a casino. i bet winning at the casino roulette gives bigger odds than getting the item you want in battlebay .. (even with the added zero and double zero at the casino).

At that price I agree! But I know that the people fortunate enough to get higher tiers got REALLY lucky and probably didn't pay this much for it. Also, could you imagine the amount of not only legendary items, but epic and rare ones you would also get? Tbh if you pay that much money you are one step from the best in the world!
