Game not loading for 24hrs now, server problems?

    Im in Canada I haven't been able to load the game since yesterday. Is anyone else having this problem?

    It should be running. I am logged in and works well but chats and guilds still off. Have you tried to restart your phone and then open software? If you have, you should try to connect directly to someone of the admins in here (forum)

    Thx for the advice. I deleted the game and downloaded it again. When I open it,s still stuck on loading page

    Same issue here.

    Dl on iPhone last night, played no issue.
    Tried today, won't load (have deleted, reinstalled and restarted phone)
    Dl on iPad and works fine (though no saved progress from last night :( )

    Hmmm my game won't load on iPhone and iPad for me! Checked and I am running the latest version iOS on both

    Support will be in touch with you and that way we can help you best. We are aware of the issue that some players get stuck on login and are working on resolving it as fast as possible.

    Meanwhile if you do have another iOS or an Android device and synced your account with GameCenter (iOS) or GooglePlay (Android) or Facebook, you can restore your progress that way and play.

    I just can't seem to install the game. I have tried everything. Trying to reinstall since yesterday. The problem started after the new update. Please help.
