Not earning stars like before update

Kills have never been weighted that heavily. I don't see any games where you should have gotten 3 stars. You have to double the average contribution. Not just be above it

 

Today I had a match where the fixer dealt like 7000 damage and healed like 5000 worth (which is huge at 750 infamy) and he didn't get 3 starts

 

Rip...

 

The algorythm haven't been changed. You just need to do as requested for stars as said before BUT there's a trick.. you can earn more stars by contributing which includes damage, freezing, healing and if you win by capturing, helping with it. So you simply can get more stars by victory and doing the average contributing + 3rd star for 2x time contributing to average.

All you see nowadays is dmg and hp given so freezing, stunning or capturing isn't shown. You just need to contribute more

Freezing? What about stunning? I use tesla bolt but I'll switch to freezing and using big torp of it gives me more stars haha.

 

I forgot that from first line but you could have noted it from second:

Anyway, freezing and stunning does give you as much but the points gained from them are linear to durations of those effects. So if someone cuts stun you shot, you lose points from the duration which droped out. Same goes for freeze items, but those doesn't drop completely as stun does when target gets hit.

 

Oh, well thanks. I might switch to enforcer with frost launcher once I buy mk4 maybe it will fix my problem

 

Let's hope so Also freeze bolt and stun bolt isn't bad combination if you're not running 2 overboost now.
I do run in mk5 freeze bolt and 2x overboosts because of the nerf, haha. - No one takes away my speed, lol

 

I've seen an mk5 using triple nitro. I couldn't catch him with my overboost
