about the weapons changing cool down get more longer

does anyone fell like rovio turn the weapons changing cool down 2.5 sec to 3 sec
i watch my old video and really felt like they just turn it more longer

 

...No, 2.5 still.

7/8 global cool down time :
From 4.3s to 6.5s (about 2.2 seconds)
so...global cool down time is 2.5 seconds.

 

My nitro CD is 5s and when i use it then use another item my nitro reload at the same time as other items which were already reloaded before.
