    Frost cannons don't cause the frost effect of extra damage to frozen enemies to proc, and thus are exempt from this talent's effects.

    Does that work the same as that the freeze effect of carronade isn’t removed by your next shot? :D

    As described"repair bolt hit removes frost effect from target".
    Three conditions P:
    my team mate was the target.
    he was effected by frost.
    my repair bolt hit him.
    Sequence Q:
    remove frost effect.
    Q is necessary for P" because P cannot be true unless Q is true.
    This is logic thinking.
    No need to consider damage.

    This statement does not indicate where frost effect comes from.
