2018 11” iPad Pro Fix

Hi, any idea when the app will be updated to fix the display proportions for the new 11” iPad Pro?

I was considering getting one of those for Christmas. Now I'll have to wait to see.
Is the game functional on the 11" ipad pro? or is it completely unplayable?

 

First off, the 11” iPad Pro is incredible! I’m coming from the 10.5” and former 12.9”. It’s playable, just has a black border frame which I’m sure will be fixed shortly, just like it was for the iPhone XS Max.

It took almost a year for devs to fix the notch area.

 

I meant the scaling issue that I experienced last-month when I got my XS Max. It was fixed in about 1-week.

 

Any updates from devs, anyone?

Yes, from time-to-time, it starts stuttering, or the ship stops moving irrespective of control position. It’s annoying when it happens, but I find its less likely to happen if enable the option that places the joystick where i touch, and I touch further in from the border.

I hope they update soon, it cant be too hard.

 

I am so surprised that there aren’t any official posts about fixing the 2018 iPad Pro’s “black borders” and “glitchy controls” . Anyone have any insights??

I don't think so its fixed as i am still facing glitchy controls, my aim as well as ship control is always haywire, please let me know if this is fixed.

 

I ended up getting an iPad 2018 for Christmas and I also experience the glitch steering control now(which NEVER happened on my iPad Air 2).

In the middle of battle my steering joystick will reset to the center circle and I will have to purposefully take my thumb off the steering joystick and back down again to use it. All the while I am a sitting duck.
I am going to try playing around with the option to "move joystick to touch" and see if that helps.
