Didnt get guild reward

    Hey, my guild just won the guild event and i didnt get that 42k.
    What happened here?
    How can it be fixed?

    When did you join the guild? When a person joins a guild, they won't receive rivalry rewards for the first rivalry.
    That's to prevent people from jumping from guild to guild.

    You have to have been in the guild for 7 days before you can claim rivalry rewards. Prior to that, you can still do quests and get tokens from quests, boards, and guild boost bundles, but not the end-of-season placement rewards.
