Rail Gun

    How come the railgun mostly does 400 and up damage and barely does the max damage . seeming that its a poweful gun and it specifically states u do not want to miss with this weapon

    The closer the target is, the weaker the damage gets. When you hold and aim it on an enemy(from short distance), you can see the percentage of the damage it's going to deal

    its designed to be a long distance weapon, if you are going to use it at point blank range there are a lot more weapons which will deal more damage and have shorter cool downs.
