account update problem

    I have the following problem I can no longer update Battle Bay My apple Id was blocked. For this reason I can not update my game. Can I transfer Battle Bay to a new Apple ID with my entire score transferred?

    Yes but first you need to ensure that your account is backed up to your facebook account.
    Then you can change to a new Apple ID, redownload, and use facebook to restore your progress.
