    So at this rate it Weill never be max for almost any players. Specially if we can’t earn pieces regularly.
    Kind of a waste of time really, Mines 24. Want to upgrade it....

    This is so true. Upgrading/Training items is way too expensive now, and rewards haven't been adjusted at least at the higher captain tiers to compensate.
