10,000 Ship pieces

anyone else notice it’s 10,000 ship pieces and 1 mill gold per level for ships......
Gold seems pretty high.

Hopefully they will make it easy to get the 10k parts to unlock the new ship. For the gold I think it will be a wait and see. Going from 6-7 is 4.8 million so 1 million per level is not as bad. The big thing will be what level we get upgraded to after the update. If we have to upgrade from MK6 with no bump that could be painful

 

Well we will see what happens in the update.

I think most of us are hoping that the ship pieces will be readily available but chances are it will be a premium thing (money grab)
I mean, we already have 6 different in game currencies (gold, sugar, parts, pieces, powercells and pearls) Obviously adding an extra one to complicate things is going to make things interesting....

 

I'm betting on Events... New events will et us those pieces..

 

Do you realize that you are going to be paying for every single level? Sure, 6 to 7 was 4,8M. But now the same means upgrading 10 levels, which means about 12M at least (do not know whether will price increase with every level or not)...

Without changes to gold income this is ridiculous amount of required gold just to fully upgrade one lovely ship...

 

Nothing is final until it drops .. so you can save the speculation.

Two.. it doesn't look like there's a captain limit on ship levels.. so you likely can upgrade them whenever you want. It seems like Mk5s waiting forever for Mk6 would appreciate this. It also seems like they would appreciate having all the item slots unlocked.

Oh, and it's 119 HPs difference. I think you'll survive if you can't max out each ship instantly ... which is no different than now.

Of course nothing is final until update arrives. I was just reacting on someone who considered upgrade from MK 6 to MK 7 (so basically 10 levels in new system) worth 4,8M and 1 level for +- 1M in new system as not that bad...

 

It arrived only 500$ to unlock the new ship today, Go Rovio!

 

Is this ship only obtainable using real money? Is it not grindable?

 

Only problem is it is a major grind to unlock the ship. Unlocking the ship should not be this difficult especially since we will have to spen massive amounts of gold to upgrade them.

 

So my mk6 is now level 47 with a cost of 2.1MM to upgrade. This is just for a little more health. What will be interesting is on the new ships what are the lower level costs.
