Retired Player, returning to game after long time away. Don't receive any stars? Please fix.

Hi all, I am a retired player who just returned to the bay 3 days ago.
. Some of u might have played with me when I was a baby boat. Now I am back and notice my infamy crashed to 2.8k even tho when I retired I was over 4k.

That's not the worst. I now receive a star penalty as if I lost this infamy. I did not. I have played 3 days, And am at or near season high 2.9k. And never dropped below 2.8k. So why the added Star Penalty?
I asked over on the Toobers discord. And no one has ever heard of this. Below is pics of my in game stars. And my account screen. Please developers and moderators. Fix this. So I can enjoy playing normally again. I am a fan of future update I heard about from friends. And it is why I came back to game.
And just wanna enjoy game normally.

That's really strange. When they implemented naturally decreasing infamy for inactive players, I thought max infamy would decrease as well.
You might wanna contact Rovio support.

 

The developers added a feature in which your infamy declines if you're offline for long so that returning players still have a chance.

Unfortunately, the anti-tanking system was not taken into account and thus returning players also receive a tanking penalty.

So you won't get any stars or much gold/ sugar until you get back to about 3,200 Infamy.

 

How do I contact Rovio support?

 

They should really fix that. Infamy loss. Is fine. But the stars is an added penalty.

Hello i had the exact same issue than you about 2 months ago, same pain, same level when i stopped, and same infamy drop than you have now. The only answer i had was from members : be patient and start regaining some infa before you can have stars again... Took me about 3 weeks to be back around 3300/3400 infa where i had stars again. Good luck !

 

Your gear is still pretty good for 2900. It’s better than my gear (mk6 - t4 Epics), and I rarely sink below 3k. You should be able to hang comfortably in the mid 3000s.

It can be tough to find good teammates at your current level, which can cost you a lot of infamy. I’d suggest looking for a good fleet partner to stack the odds in your favour a bit more.

 

Back to getting stars now. Thanks all. Once I got infamy to 3150...stars appeared.
