    Step 1: Pick it up
    Step 2: Put it down
    Repeat until finished

I'm just being an ass, I know it's more complicated than that.

    1. Remove the baseboards.
    2. Remove old flooring, leaving the bare concrete.
    3. Scrape off any adhesive residue from the concrete. Make sure to clean it really well.
    4. Place the foam underlay and cut it so it fits the floor snugly.
    5. Decide what direction you're gonna place the laminate and place the first board.
    6. Grab a second board and align the grooves and push them together using a rubber mallet and tapping block.
    7. Repeat step 6 until you cover the floor (use a jigsaw for cutting the laminate when you need a better fit)
    8. Place the old or new baseboard and nailgun it to the wall.
    9. Fill in the holes with putty, and when it dries, sand it over.
    10. Place a cloth or paper to cover the laminate, and then paint the baseboard with white paint.
    11. At the doorway, there's gonna be a gap between the newly placed laminate, and the flooring of the next room. Place a piece of laminate molding and secure it to the ground as stated on the box.

And there you have it! Please note, that this process takes much more than 2 hours if you want the floor to look nice.

There are more steps to this, but I got mentally exhausted.
