Plz Help Can't connect to the game

I'm on ios 10 , iphone 5s , once I started game tutorial it says to me ( you are disconnected.. connection timed out) i'm on 4g & also on wireless data connection & all games works just fine.. I can't help with that . What can i do plz

From your internet server. I ran into the issue yesterday when I installed the game. My internet had a firewall that was blocking the game from playing.

 

How could i check that my friend ..
i have adsl wireless router where can i check firewall settings ??

 

Ok i did it .. now it's another problem: can't create user name always saying : this name is already taken

 

Means someone already chose that same name.. so make a different one

 

No name in the world is allowed for me look at this

Maybe @Miika can help with this one, or it may clear itself up once the server issues are sorted

I had that issue, I restart my phone and everything was fine after

 

Не заходит игру, ОС: андроид. Пишет что нужно обновить игру и ссылается на маркет, но в маркете нету новой версии
UPD: всё, теперь заходит)
