Nation Domination Tournament Information
What is it?
We are excited to present Nation Domination, a 5v5 Tournament with In Game Prizes totaling over 100,000 Pearls to the best 3 teams in 3 different gear score categories.
What are the categories?
Category 1 – 0 to 8,999
Category 2 – 9,000 to 10,999
Category 3 – 11,000 and beyond
Gear score must be calculated using your best ship and gear. No exceptions. Intentionally using under-evolved gear will result in a forfeit.
What’s different about this from other tournaments?
It is important to note that this is not Guild Wars! We want you to bring your friends, bring your neighbors, bring whoever you want from where-ever you want, just so long as your team is in one Gear Score Category! Also, your prizes are awarded in game, directly to your account by the Battle Bay Development Staff!
How do we sign up?
Step 1. Get a team captain!
Step 2. Gather up at least 5 players, including the team captain. We recommend having a total of 7 players in the event players can’t make it.
All players must be a member of this server! Only those players who compete in the finals are eligible for the pearls.
Step 3. Choose a team name. Names that are offensive will be changed at our discretion. So unless you want something like ‘Fluffy Rainbow’ for a team name, choose wisely.
Step 4. You will need their In Game Name, Player Tag (this is the 8 letter code on your profile), Gear Score (with their best items and ship), and their Captain Level. We also request that you submit the best time of day for playing.

How are the teams picked to compete in the tournament?
We will conduct Qualifier Matches on live stream to determine the 8 teams from each gear score category.
All games are sudden death, if you lose, you are eliminated.
The matches will continue until only 8 teams remain.
If there is an Odd Number of Teams, the odd team out will compete against a prior losing team. That prior team will be decided by a vote from the commentators. The winner will be chosen as the 8th team.
Once all 24 teams have been chosen, we will open a new Room for each team with their own voice chat to practice and prepare.
When are the qualifiers?
The Qualifiers will be conducted the weekend of Friday, October 5th through October 7th. The exact date will depend on your time zone. We will announce the time of each qualifying round once we have received enough applications.
When is the Tournament?
The tournament will be hosted on
Saturday, October 13th. It will be broken into 3 separate streams for each Gear Score Category. The time will be determined
