    Hello Fellow Bayers,

There has been a lot of talk about the Enforcer. Three weeks ago I bought the mk5 Enforcer and immidately felt very comfortable with it and knew this is my new favourite, the boat I have been waiting for all this time. Then came the update and it became unplayable for me, I was just going round and round in circle and got dizzy.

So, a lot of people complaint, but in the first hotfix they did not change anything on the Enforcer, then came the second hotfix and they lowered the agility with ONLY 10%, which hardly made a difference for me. The boat has been ruined for me, so it was a waste of time waiting so long for my mk5. Yesterday there was a discussion in the in-game forum, a lot of people said they cannot getnused to it anymore. Sadly they got mocked by of of the very, very few who does like the new agility, but the majority does not.

    So, what ars your thoughts?

    Regarda,
    Flint

    Hello everyone...
Anyone else having targeting problem with enfo?
I use lock target mostly but now it is must if i wanna target at all.
Imagine a scenario where you are targeting one ship and another came from other angle now turrent will target it in a sec then comes the dual for which enfo moves a lot. What i have noticed is my turret wont stay on target even when i am moving little. So target lock it must. OK! Not a big deal i have to target lock enemy while he will shoot me( already at disadvantage now).
Ok Now i can atleast fight back but with rotation or hard turns target lock deactivated itself. Thats 2-5 sec re targeting.
I dont usually adjust and dont complain. I have adjusted to new agility and all but i can't adjust with this. How am i supposed to shot when my aim goes on detours.
Its too much work targeting-locking-shoot-targeting-locking-shoot. I think i m gonna take a break. Since target lock problem was reported more than 2 weeks ago in another thread. Cant play like this.

I have exactly the same, but also that when I have the target locked, the turret sweeps to where no boats are. So, I miss the shot entirely.

But I find the Enfo is way to sensitive in its steering. Maybe if you could play this game with a controller it would work, but not with 'screen play' with 2 thumbs.

    Flint

Exactly.. but enfo was mostly defined by its superior agility, what will it be without it. And what is it now with too much of it.
Apparently I am finding Camera steering way better than normal settings. Will take time to get used to it though.
    Pros you dont get headache.

The Enfo always had superior agility, even before the update. So, it did not need such an increase and it is just too much now. If I wanted more agility I had a choice to fit a rudder, because it was fine for me, I did not use a rudder. Now my choice had been taken from me and that is just wrong. If they want to attract more new players, you need to give us choice to adjust the ships like we want to, not what they think will be okay.

    I think u didn't get my point..
    Speeder has speed
    Shooter has more guns
    Enfo had agility.
Now eveyone has agility. Got my point?
They gave alway enfo specific feature to everyone. Its actually a enfo nerf.

Yes, I got your point. But I think that Enfo is to sensitive.

So, you think this was an unnecessary update?

I think, if anything, the defender role has been taken over by Enfos.

(And this is not a buff/nerf comment .. it's simply a different view)

Enfos have access to dual TSs - each one with the potential to absorb more shots (or prevent more shots from being taken) than a big shield. So, in effect, they have 3 big shields. Then, since OB is arguably a better option than a turbo, they have another blue space for a bandage or small shield.

So, it seems to me that 3 big shields and 1 small shield/bandage makes for a better tank than 1 big shield and 3 small shields/bandages.

With their speed and agility, they are far faster and more agile than defenders. Enfos have the ability to absorb mortars or accelerate out of the blast radius. Beyond the extra speed and agility to dodge shots (even without a Tshield), they have the advantage of having a hitbox about half the size of defenders.

The only downside is that they are restricted to 1 slot weapons .. but I'm not sure that 2-slot weapons are really an upgrade anymore.

BCs have a much higher projectile speed with a greater DPS than ECs - and ECs are harder to hit than ever with the increased agility. Likewise, the grenade is much easier to hit (with its splash radius) and has the advantage of igniting opponents for additional damage. A firebomb might be an upgrade over a flare - if it wasn't for the flare's 30% reduction in healing.

It took me a while to get used to the agility, but I managed to do it. I was loving it even before the reduction in the second Hotfix. It's true that the traditional moves are no longer so reliable, but new agility stats also come with new moves. Try "the twist" and you will love it.

Finally got the godlike acheivement in my enforcer so im loving it lol. I have adapted to the higher agility for all ships by using ambush tactics. I'l take a position and wait for them to get close enough then light them up before using stun/ob to get to safety

I've found that using new, innovative tactics like the "circular dance" and shunning my twin TSes, has allowed my movement to be more flexible and dependable. TSes get in the way more often than not, these days, what with the blanket 5% HP nerf completely ruining my max rare TS to the point that I scrapped it. Getting stunned every time you get shot is BAD for a duelist.

I have no problem with agility. I even got used to previous agility.
My problem is the target lock. Just want more persistant one.

I personally am an enforcer main boat.
The direct after update boat was a mess..... spun like crazy.

It’s much better after the 2 tweeks. The first diminished it drastically and the second slowed it down even more.
We used to be 120 for ship and 130 for turret right after if I remember.
    Now it’s 100 and 110.
And yea. I can slip slide all over. Dodging shots is very fun.

I can play with it, but for me it is too much trouble. It has to do with physical problems, that is why I don't like it. And I hear other without my limitations who also strggle, so a slider would be the best thing.

But I am glad you did get the hang of it.
