Fix the lag

    I would suggest the lag is on your end. No issues here or with friends.

    The Battle Bay servers are hosted on the East Coast of the USA. Players located farther away will have greater lag than those close by.

    If you're on WiFi, you can try improving your experience by moving closer to your access point, switching to a less crowded radio channel if there is congestion, and eliminating sources of interference such as microwaves or 2.4GHz/5GHz cordless phones. You can also check that your connection itself isn't being oversaturated; if there's three Netflix HD streams going on, your latency will also suffer.

    If you're on 4G/LTE unfortunately there isn't much that can be done other than trying to switch providers or physically move to a less crowded tower.
