Fiery event legendary perk projectile speed

It says -13% projectile speed. So you go backward and shoot yourself on the foot because your speed is reduced by 13%. So sad, I am not buying these perks

 

I hope it is a typo by the devs. Or someone explain the benefits of having -13% projectile speed on the napalm and firebomb perk.

Either way... To more than double the cost of event perks, while also removing the ability to get epic and legendary parts or pieces..... this was a truly wack move!
Rivalry raffles have been watered down, available perks for purchase in the market have been watered down, gold sugar after battles has been reduced..... very, very wack move!
Personally, I will wait til this event is over to see if things go back to normal. If not, Rovio won't have to worry about heaing from me anymore. Typo or not, the reductions in rewards and the increased difficulty in finding items such as epic power cells and so ..... simply ridiculous.
