New Perk idea

    This perk made for Railgun ,it will be increase weapon damage on stunned target from Tesla bolt or Anything.

    Because i see many weapon have combo damage from Fire or Frozen ,but not with Railgun . So i made this Perk for shares this idea.

    except, it only applpies to 1 weapon.:(
    so if railgun can stun and itll buff itself:rolleyes:
    thn shouldnt cannons light people on fire?:rolleyes:
    or mortars and torps will also freeze the enemy? :rolleyes:
    maybe make itl like this:
    this perk adds 5% stun rate for 0.5s
    meaning a railgun can have 65% stun rate for 6.5s
    and thast to replace the damage perk
    make the increments 3,6,9 like cannons with fire

    Railgun is pretty powerful as it is but having a perk that does bonus damage to stunned targets isnt a bad idea. The aggressor gets bonus damage but the target gets stun broken early.

    Stun from a railgun is way shorter than railgun cooldown so unless your running two it wouldn' be an issue. As for it applying to one weapon, there are others that don't have a bonus (missle, mine, grenade) and could be applied to those as well

    Nice picture, but I object strongly to anything that encourages people to break stuns. There are already enough noobs going around shooting stunned ships, without a perk to incentivise it. If you see a stunned ship, you should leave it for as long as possible, or target someone else.

    Just because you have a shot ready, that doesn’t mean your teammate does. They might be waiting on cooldown, or a Nitro to get clear of the stunned ship. When you break a stun, you bring that unfriend ship back into the game, and allow them to start doing damage again. If your teammate isn’t ready, then that can cost them a lot of hp, which in turn, can cost your team the game.

    Every second counts. Don’t break stuns.

    Unfortunately, people see a stunned ship as an opportunity for free damage.
