Stuck in gaining stars and any rewards

Hello,
I stopped the game for 6 months and just restarted. i was 4000+ and when i came back obviously i was not good enough to maintain.
After loosing more than 1000 infamy in a couple of days, i’m stabilizing around 3000. but my problem is i don’t get any stars even if i’m the battle hero.
i guess there is a system to prevent people dropping their infa to get stars, but in my case this not wanted and i’m severly punished by this. Is there a way i can now be considered as a 3000+ player (and not 4000), and get some stars again ?

Yep you're right, that's the infamy tanking penalty to prevent people from dropping infamy to seal club. (If you drop more than 800 infamy below your season top you'll get reduced battle rewards and little to no stars.) Sometimes this catches players who legitimately dropped too, like in your case, but unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it... Just keep on going, play events and wait till the next season end!

 

all right, i was afraid it was related to my highest score ever, which would have been a very bad new for me. thanks for the precisions.

 

One more precision plz, here is my current state (img below : i’m 200 infa below my best season score). Season restarted and still not gaining any stars. Although i’m closed to my best season score. I have to wait for one more season to get things back ?

the thing is i want to understand when i’ll will be able to gain stars again, it’s a great handicap in my opinion although i did nothing wrong :/

 

That's strange... idk about that. Did the season just restart? Maybe the system hasn't synced your new infamy yet, or perhaps the battles you've played since season reset were bad so you didn't get any stars.

 

Yea there is something we could do boycott them a couple days. Me I’m done playing this game for a while. I see many people saying that and that why this is being done. All I can see is they’re penalizing the good players

Dude good luck with that. The people that developed this game are trying to make the crybabies happy by calling it a new scoring handicap system. I fought hard a few hours a days and had and still have high score and most kills with a 97% kill ratio. At the beginning of the last update I saw I was getting no stars and bottom of scoring with most points and kills. I contacted them they gave double talk. I took all weapons of except one. I lead many to their death. Now I’m no longer playing for a few months till another update.

 

Boycott forum too. Lol I wa just thinking I’m leaving it all alone. Peace

 

How do u think it’s a great system?
I thunk it suck I play to be the best based in the game I’m playing. They want people to play all day. Lol if I had miney enough to stay home and play all day it sure wouldn’t be this game

 

Well when i do some outstanding battles i keep winning only one star. And i’m wise enough to know they deserve a full 3 stars (i can show some screenshots). For average battles (or worse of course cause it occurs too ) : zero star and the bottom place in the team even if i did the second highest damages of both teams. well i don’t understand everything in this system, i just hope my old records will be erased soon .... or like you said the new season best score isn’t synced yet.

 

well it’s been about 3 weeks i restarted the game and still not gaining anything. More than stars i have shitty rewards in gold and sugar... i’m 3000 infa for a 3100 best season score. It’s quite competitive down here so it’s hard to get back to 3500+. I feel completly stuck and this very very unfair.... i would really appreciate a feedback from a dev. This a complety anormal situation. Erase my old records, this is just non sense. Thank you in advance for what you could do.
