Cannon freeze and a new weapon

    so how about this,
    Buff the cannon to freeze someone for six seconds. And when hit, the frost won’t come off. And what about a grenade that does the same thing, deals damage and freezes, maybe a new weapon?

    New Weapon: Freeze Grenade: (totally didnt steal yours! :p <it's good!
    weaker than a grenade but when it hits an enemy, it makes the slower, ALWAYS!

    Or is your idea an improvement of the current freeze perk?

    We don't need a new item for freeze grenades, just add a talent that changes the burn to a freeze. The burn damage talents can translate to frost strength.
