    I agree, Tesla Shields should be nerfed not strengthened.

    Even though everyone is freaking out about the perk, I don't think it's that good. Epic Tesla shield already takes 2 shots to break and it will still break at second shot even with this perk equipped. Also it's only one perk, it's not like they can equip 4 of these.

    This buffs rare tesla shields by essentially giving them 4 perk but those are too weak to begin with.

    Yeah Tesla sheilds are a little broken. If you run 2 epic shields with 1200 hp each, you are basically healing 1200 hp every time your sheild recharges. Let’s say you got Grim against them with the secret dev weapon that does 1 trillion damage per shot every 15 seconds. If she shoots that gun while there Tesla up it won’t matter how good your weapon is. The sheild will just absorb all 1200 damage it could take plus all the extra damage the gun would have caused. Man you could use a level 1 common sheild and it would just absorb AM’s T5 leg blast easily. Let me put it this was for you..... when people use 2 Tesla sheilds they are basically sumo wrestlers with a sub 10 second 100m. They also can beat Mohammad Ali while sipping a piña colada...

    Just fyi ...

    A railgun will break a max epic Tshield.

    Max epic carronades won't. With the health perks now, I doubt a max epic EC breaks one. I know it won't break if a single fire perk is attached to the EC. In theory, missiles would work if you can get a direct hit with 4 out 5 missiles.. but if you've used missiles, you'll know how random their hit rate is. Swift is an option - assuming you're lucky enough to spot an Enfo not hiding behind a covered corner.

    Anywho, there will some really quick games for good speeder teams (assuming the spawn/flag locations haven't changed) .. but overall, I like the changes. I'm looking forward to the quicker matches.

    imho it's logical to have more shooters present when enforcers are too strong
    shooters have 5 weapons-ideal for breaking double bubble, destroy first shield, damage, destroy second, damage and now you are back at the start;)
    another ship that is good counter to double bubble enfo is another double bubble enfo, other ships just lack the firepower to break the shields while dealing acceptable damage to the enfo, yes speeder may enter the bubble and shoot, but they won't last long enough against typical enfos' flare+blast+anything (there is approximately 100% usage of blast on enfos in NM, data updated 5 hours ago) combo, defenders are too slow and are easy target, they're not really dangerous for enfos, fixers are "Mostly Harmless" (get it?:p) so they are not real threat for anyone (except for the selfish fixers ofc, they might be dangerous)
    and you know that something is wrong when one of the strongest players (AM) in bay says this

    I run into a lot of these guys, rocking max epic or max legend TS. My T5 epic explosive cannon won't break them (got 1 fire perk, down from 4). RNG won't give me any more epic flares so my T4 epic flare won't break them.

    It takes 2 people concentrating on a NML enforcer to bring them down. Buffing their shields with the HP perk was aggravating. Adding the HP and cooldown perk is plain stupid.

    EC was nerfed. NOBODY was complaining.
    TS is buffed. Many people are complaining.

    My 2 cents... Tesla Shield is getting it's first Legendary perk.. Meanwhile cannons are getting their FOURTH Legendary perk. I don't think this perk is going to change the balance at all. Yes, Double Bubble Enfos are the meta right now. But they are not nearly as OP as some are making them out to be. The biggest issue is there is no good alternative to Tesla Shields right now. Tesla Bolt is unreliable. Frost stinks. Nitro is gimmicky. Some people use it, but it's just not a natural fit for an Enforcer.

    Imagine sniper perk... 'Heavy' Crit Chance 7.5 crit chance + 20% more Crit Damage. :eek:

    Oh lawd. You could equip one of those plus the new regular cannon crit + damage and have 42% crit chance, +8% damage and + 20% crit damage. :eek:

    I’ve been dreaming of it since the first event.

    I don’t understand why there are 4 cannon perks, but still no speedy mortar perk, it’s like the devs don’t understand balance at all.

    Enfo main here, I agree that t shields need a bit of a nerf overall tbh. Although I've never used one, or have any intention to use one, I can see the issues

    I don’t think the devs have any intention of balancing the game. All the new cannon perks benefit the blast without any sacrifice. The TS too. There is not a new perk that requires a trade off for the current meta. That same meta also got a huge benefit from training tree already. The current meta was never weak at any point. It was just having more counters to it.
