Can't login with my account after update

    Hi, last week I needed to update BB. After having done so I cannot login with my account via my tablet anymore. I deleted all relevant cache and data from BB Google play and store but nothing worked. Finally I even deleted the sd card and set my tablet back to factory settings. I entered all my data and Reinstalled Google Play games and then BB. In Play Games BB is recognized but when I start BB it every time start in the begin level. Even when during start-up my correct account name is shown. I'm slowly getting desperate. I'm using an Asus Zenpad S8.O. Android 5.0. All other games I play are synced in Google Play Games. In BB in the account option it says (2×) Not Synced. On my smartphone BB luckily is still working only not convenient to play. I hope you can help me out on this.

    i have the same problem, i deleted cache and data like 5 times, played the tutorial then go to account options and it says not synced, i press sync but nothing happens.

    I even set my tablet back to factory settings but didn't solve the problem. It must have something to do with Google Play Games.

    Is there no one from the battle bay team who can provide me with a solution. After a almost a week not even a short message: we look into it, have or haven't a solution or whatever but let me know something

    Kindly post solution you recieved. Was the problem at your end? Or something else.

    It is stil not complete clear what caused the problem. On my side BB downloaded only to 22 % on the SD card. Full download on interval memory. Whether this has to do with the cause of the problem or not I don 't know. The guys from the support desk guided me through the procedure of reinstalling and linked the new account id to my original player name. Hopefully next update will install properly on my tablet.
