VIP not working anymore

    Since 1 weak my vip is not working anymore. I sent an email to support but till now only the auto replay that they are gonna contact me asap....
    Anybody same experience? Solutions? Thanks

    Have you tried restoring your purchases?
    I know this fixed some players issues.

    Money is payed 18th of july. Since last monday no replay from support :(
    think i m gonna cancel the payment with this tempo rovio reacts

    i sent the email the 18th of july. I had an automated replay that they where gonna answer asap...

    If you are unable to use VIP services since July 18th, it means your payment was failed. If your card was charged, money will be refunded shortly.

    I sent the email the 18th, i cant use vip since the 15th. But i will keep an eye on it.
    Is support of Rovio always this quick?

    I had the same issue bizarrely a few days ago. I’ve subscribed for a while and payment is automatically taken. One day I logged in and VIP had disappeared (I too hate ads) sent a ticket on Rovio site, by the time they replied, I had tried various things, including closing the app, re-opening it and voila! It was there again! :eek::rolleyes:o_O

    How did you contact them? It should take maximum two business days for them to reply.
