    No sound after watching ad, have to restart the game every time.... really anoying

    Instead of restarting the game you can go to options and disable the sound then re-enable it

    me too. ipad air 2 with most recent iOS update.

    sound disappears after each game. i click "sound off" then "sound on" and it comes back.

    I am having similar sound issues, but mine is that I have music settings off and FX on. But instead of hearing the battle I hear the unwanted music everywhere but in the settings page for sound. Then when I return to bay or join a game, the annoying music returns and no battle noise. How am I to hear incoming mortars if I can't hear them? But for ads, everything works fine for their sounds. It's all wacky for the game sounds that are off or on.
    My device is a ZTE Z981 ZMAX Pro.
