    you know when you are really cold ( y'all Canadians and other northern bois. Also touching a binder been left in cold car for a day. Real cold.) and it feels as if you're burning?

    Maybe there could be seasonal weapons, events and effects to make it feel as if it's that time of year in the bay as well.

    WINTER: effects-frostburn effect, where frost effect deals some damage as well. Freezing water: you're slowed down by 10% and breakable blocks of ice appear on the water, when hit they inflict you with frost and frost burn for 5 seconds. EVENTS: santa ( or whoever your Christmas, haunikkah[sorry can't spell it], etc. guy is) says. You have to attempt to kill the player on the enemy team that santa says for you to target.

    SPRING: effects: slight rust, 5% decreased total stats due to damage from storms. Being splashed ( with mortar, grenade, other explosives create a splash) makes you slowed down 10% more and longer by frost for 10 seconds, you were already wet enough as it is. STORMY WEATHER: sometimes during a match a tornado/tropical storm will hit, inflicting slight damage ( 5 or 10) every second or two, also makes the waves higher lighting will fall, dealing 100 damage each time you're hit. EVENTS: ACID RAIN: it's raining acid from all the pollution. Lots of it. Find the umbrella for your team and destroy enemy ships at the same time. Acid rain deals 1-5 damage each second, depending on how hard it's raining ( RNG will decide) . ITS RAINING TACOS: a few tacos are falling from the sky ( 2 per 5 seconds). Try to get them, they recover 200 health each! Yum. Match goes as usual for both events except for the additions of course.

    SUMMER: relaxation: you're relaxed, somehow giving you 20% extra agility. Flame fanning: it's hot and windy enough as it is. Now you start a fire? It lasts 20% longer and deals 10% more damage. too hot: frost lasts 25% less time and slows you down 10% less. EVENTS: find the popsicles: your ship is receiving fire damage from all the heat ( 10 per 5 seconds), find the popsicles to cool off ( the damage stops for 6 ticks).

    FALL: ( October only) spooked!: you're really nervous someone's gonna jumpscare you. 30% more agility. (November only) give thanks: fixers take 10% less damage as a thank you for healing us ( I'll give selfish fixers a break here, you've probably used team healing items at least once in your life anyway). EVENTS: ( October) TRICK OR TREAT: there's boxes on the map. Running into them will either damage you or launch a mortar that deals 500 damage ( in middle) at the enemy team.
    (NOVEMBER) turkey and ham are falling all over the place! ( 10 every 2 seconds) consume them to gain 500 health, but you will be slowed down by 10% because you're so full!

    NOTE: event matches play as normal except with those exceptions. Feel free to make it a TDM or something.

    Now for season weapon changes:

    WINTER: ice weapons now have blue fire on their ice ( animated pls) and ice blocks on the water have blue fire on them. Fire effects are blue, and projectiles are candy canes ( or whatever you use with your religion.). Mortars become Christmas/etc themed.

    SPRING: cannon projectiles are now umbrellas. ( I'm having trouble with spring section on seasonal weapons, help)

    SUMMER: ice effect now is dripping water. Frost weapons' ice shards now drip water. Flames now blow higher. Weapons are melting slightly on the outside)

    FALL: mortar splashes toss leaves everywhere, and cannons fire turkey bones.

    Add more if you like!

    um ,it isnt cold in the winter in canada, unless youre in like quebec :p
    these changes are too contravercial, meaning that they change the game too much
    make it more mild, like say freezing water only slowed you by 5%

    Yea I really just wanna add a bit of a seasonal feel to the game.

    Because unless the devs live in a tropical area where the weather is pretty much the same every month, ( which they don't, Finland is pretty far north. Although everyone has a different judgement of distance, time, etc. so it's... just north.), there's no reason for the weather to be the same ALL the time. Even if they did, they could add storms, rainy days, wind, etc. to add more atmosphere. That way players would love the game more, because there's always some seasonal feel to the game. Right now, the only season in the game is a pre-global warming summer. A weatherless one, in fact.

    All technical shit aside, maybe all the players want is some atmosphere/seasonal feel. Maybe it'll make them happier, forgetting about the matchmaking, even if just a bit.

    Winter: healing is weaker, or just shards appear as the healing icon. And the healing will now damage enemies by 50% power. Fire is weaker

    Spring: Ships get more speed (SPRING!) (I’m sorry please forgive me).

    Summer: fire has a chance of healing the enemy

    Fall: leaves are falling and you can heal up by standing on a clump or fallen leaves (obviously moving). Leaves may also block mortars and cannons.

    Events: Santa. There is 1 Santa per team, 3v3 or 5v5. Killing Santa gives you extra rewards, but Santa deals 2x more damage and healing (also yellow items too?)
    Spring, every projectile now explodes into flowers that make group / splash damage even more deadly
    Summer: the weather turns so humid that healing is 50% more. So is fire.
    Fall: thanksgiving, killing an enemy team gives your whole team 5% more hp. Halloween, when you get hit, you get a burst of a small nitro

    How would fire HEAL the enemy if the weather BOOSTS fire effect??

    Spring is the season that should decreason fire's function since it rains so much.

    Not sure about weak, small leaves blocking mortars or cannons.

    How would healing be weaker in cold weather?? Explain your thoughts.

    Oh,
    If weather buffs fire, then, fire can heal. What’s wrong with that?

    Spring, pretty sure, that fall rains more.
    There should be random weathers that occur on the game,
    For instance, rainy day.
    Fire deals less and heal does more.

    Lightning,
    Weapons have a 50% chance of zapping you for 3s.
    Etc.
    Okay I read it again,
    In my first sentence I said that oh.
    You. Saw. Nothin’.
    Fine I’ll change that too.
    And healing would be weaker in cold weather, cause

    Frost= less healing
    Winter=frost
    Canada=winter
