    Lol, imagine a speeder moving at speed of 2.58 alwith t5 leg turbo then overboosting with t5 leg overboost which would give +156.8% and move at the speed of 4.04.

    Edit again: Nvm it's 6.34 with the two more turbos

    Why, defender has no health cap.
    Maybe shooter shouldn’t have a defense cap.
    Enforcer no turret speed cap
    Speeder no speed cap
    Fixer no rudder cap

    Imagine speeder getting hit with that speed to T5E mine or stray T5E Big Torp having legendary wild fire perk boooom! The explosion will send speeder in different dimension I guess.

    I've noticed that the number of unregistered hits goes way up when a speeder uses nitro and especially during the 20% boosted events .. so I'm guessing that the game can't keep up past a certain speed.

    I've always meant to try doing this in my speeder and wonder if it's possible.

    Maybe Rovio could make this a contest for 1000 pearls?

    Run a Speeder with Overboost and Nitros
    Hit Overboost
    Fire a BIG TORP towards the enemy
    Hit Nitro
    Hit Overboost
    Pass your BIG TORP and get in front of it just in time to detonate it to cause damage to the enemy ships.

    Winner of the contest could be the first person to post a video showing damage to an enemy ship, or first person to REGISTER a KILL by self detonating your big torp.

    Some devs have explained before. Speed caps are there because anything faster, and there will massive lag issues, particularly shots not registering. Ever swore that you aimed bullzeye directly at a nitro-ing speeder, but it missed? This is caused by the inherent latency or ping between the server and the players, get a ship too fast and this timing difference will make speeders virtually impossible to hit.
