    I attempted to make a purchase of pearls and it said "payment successful" and then "purchase failed. Please try again later." But I got an email from google play confirming my purchase, and my gift card balance went down. Though I received nothing. Help!

    I believe if you go to the vip section there’s a little button with an i on it. Click on that and press restore purchases

    Same thing, i made 2 purchases 20 dollars each and didn't receive pearls but i was still charged

    Everyone posting here, have you tried the "restore purchases" option as advised above?

    If after restoring purchases you still dont have your purchase, then open a ticket with support:
    https://support.rovio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    I have contacted google but nothing done to correct the problem yet, they are investigating, but i cannot locate the restore purches button, i have a subscription when i click the little i it only tells me about my subscription, do have clearer instructions on how to locate restore purchase, is it in game or in play store?

    Update: I filled out a ticket earlier at the link provided, and just received notification via email from the play store that my purchases have been canceled and refunded. Thanks for the advice guys!
