Can people steal your name?

    I was just curious, if you change your name, does your old name become available to others? What happens if you want to switch back and someone else has taken it?

    What about inactive captains which haven't played the game for last 6 months or 1 year. Can the name be made available again? Making a request for past names of inactive ships to be made available.

    i can imagine people downloading the game in beta, claiming a name like "Ricegum" then never playing it again just to hog the name and annoy the crop out of people lol

    just read the Rovio TOS coz im bored and its says Rovio reserves the right to delete any account that has not had any action blah blah in relation to the user for 180 days
    so yeah it can be done i guess, im assuming the name is also freed up when the account is deleted

    Can you please make inactive names available? 180 days inactive all those names should be purged and free to use.
