    You have a beautiful meta setup ready for mk6 speeder. Well, close enough. You don't have double bubbles and three oneslots needed for the enfo imho. I mean you could go snipe snipe flare but... Meh.

    Go speeder. You have good items for it, and you don't want to risk using enforcer and then tesla shield getting heavily nerfed. There's a chance that might happen, right?

    I would go enforcer with flare, blast and swift if I had that items to choose from but i’m not very good with speeder.
    But if you go speeder you can try different set-ups (Big torp+sniper or flare+exp Cannon). It also matters which talents you have

    Be aware if you go mk6 your infamy will drop for about 2 seasons! I am not sure if it is the match ups that are different or if because of the changes to turning speed etc it just takes that long to get used to the new way of playing but lots of people say it is about 2 weeks but then it goes higher than it was before. I hope so anyway I am in my 3rd week after mk6!

    then how do i see pro player move fast as lightning? (my turbo gives me speeder max speed)

    yes my overboost is not THAT bad, about 70-90% is decent for me level.
    im still slow.
