Overboost sucks.

Why I dislike overboost:
1. It's too predictable, you can still lead your shots against it.
2. You wanna get out of mortar shots or outta the way of that torp that's gonna crash into you? You're fucked.
3. It makes your nitros travel further. So what? Not a buff.
Why I like it:
1. You can travel a long distance in some time with it.

NN is way better. I'll save overboost for MK5.

Also, when using overboost, should I ONLY use talents for OB? ( because it absolutely sucks without talents.)

Why the heck is there an MK6 Shooter in that battle?!

 

Because while they have a ton of firepower they are fucking idiots and don't know how to use it, and are thus at 1K-2K infamy. Such embarrassment

Yes train everything for overboost. You need at least t2 epic or t3 rare to see it's value. That's when you can have three duration perks and it lasts a while. I have a t2 epic, with dupes for t4, I just like leveling up weapons more. Obviously you can't escape mortars with overboost as well as nitro, but you can dodge most if not all once the ob is good enough. Stick to it. Also I recommend at least 1.5 speed.

 

So use it when I get 2 epics or 2 more rares? Seems fair enough

I already have 1.5. More than that, actually. So that's good.

 

If it sucks so bad why do all the top yellow boats in the game use it?
You got a rare tier 1 on a What, Mk3 or 4 speeder?
So if your getting what 50% and it burns for 6 seconds? Yea that sucks.
Max epic fully trained with all duration perks is like 134.4% with 9 second burn.

 

Yes OB sucks! If enough people say this it won't get nerfed like it needs to I got epic T2 and trust me once you get it to a decent level with the right perks you just watch the shots land behind you, it's so funny!

 

I might have been exaggerating as they were saying it sucks and I genuinely worry about it getting nerfed as I think it is that good!

 

Nitro = Speed-o'-Sound Sonic
Overboost = Saitama

 

I put my epic one to level 21 and haven’t touched it since. Going a little faster wouldn’t change anything till I can make it a lot faster. Weapons are more important to me lol. 90% of mortars miss me when I use it on my fixer

 

Uuuhhhh no. Here's how it works:

Nitro: saitama punch ( quick but powerful. Powerful is an understatement. Except for boros.)
Overboost: something with medium power. ( carnage kabuto? Nah.. oh, I know! Beast king!)
