    How about changing the title?
    Avoid landmines? or

    Or maybe it should be called Don’t capture and give up because both napalm and mine spammers are on the unfriends team. Oh no!

    My team just won by capture :p
    But yes, mines are more overpower on these events than explosive cannon, tesla bolt or frost torp ever been :eek:

    Okay I know this opinion might not be the most popular here but I think mines / napalm are not OP in this event (no, I don't use either one of them myself). I mean sure they change the nature of the event significantly and make capture really hard - but they become overpowered only if the opposite team still desperately tries to capture even if the zone is full of mines and napalm. Simply stay out of capture zone and you have easy time shooting those 3x mine enforcers from a nice distance.

    Maybe they're not as overpower as we think it is, but there's no doubt they're overused as hell, which can, maybe, indicate some kind of overpowerness

    People run into capture zone while surrounding it by mines and lobbing naplams. Its easy capture win. On some maps like wayward pains, destruct 9. You can't kill those beefy defenders in time to stop capture.

    I want to be able to shoot mines. Or have our Mortars/Napalm/Grenade destroy them.

    I've played a gazillion games since Special Battle events started (mostly with and against nightmare league as I am half way between Ace and NML) and definitely haven't found mines and napalm OP. It's refreshing not to have FB spam every 3 seconds tbh......:D

    Actually I think that would completely nerf the mines out of the game. Nobody would ever use a mine.
    A better approach would something like these:

    1. A new RED Slot Item(so all ships could equip it) called Mine Stun.
    The Function would be a 10 second stun to mines within a radius of 2 from your ship. In order to keep mines relevant, mines can only be stunned once. So it you try to stun it again, you find out the hard way when you run it over. Upgrades would be to duration of the stun.
    2. A new YELLOW Slot Item called (ARMOR PLATE). Functionality will be like a Tesla shield. This yellow item when pressed gives your ship(speeder, enforcer or fixer) the ability to detonate any mine you run over for 3 Seconds. To keep it balanced your teammates ships around you are NOT protected, so you will cause them splash damage from the detonation. It would be important to keep the starting duration at LESS than global cooldown, so that way you can't hit the Armor Plate and then hit your nitro. But you should be able to have overboost running and hit Armor Plate. Upgrades would be to the SHIELD Strength(as soon as you hit a mine with more power than your Plate, you will be stunned). Perks will improve duration.

    Once the enemy team had an enforcer miner, who ran 1 blast, 1 mortar, 1 mine. Did the most damage on enemy team and won despite missing almost every shot (mine pooping skills activated). 20k dmg done, I was only able to do 15k damage, It's really hard to avoid mines as defender too

    loooooool it will never happen! relax
    And releasing a new item directed against mines - it's so stupid idea

    1. The best and simple solution is "demining" by mines or repair box (so that the repair box does not seem so useless)
    2. Improve cooldown of mine 14.5 => 20. Cause mines are tactikal weapon and not spaming s**t
