Ad issues

Post latest update, everytime I watch an ad, once it finishes, it auto restart Battlebay followed by no sound.

Not getting additional rewards

Same here mate, i thought it was my connection but i saw your post. I tried to watch ads after the battle and to refresh the shop but it always restart. I tried it multiple times.

 

Checked with my Guild Mates as well. They are facing the same problems

 

I also encountered the same situation 6 times just heppened.

 

I'm getting it too, restarts, no sound, extra long wait for matchmaking..

Happening to me also, cannot collect bonus rewards anymore
Ash KOT so far it's happening with all the ads, maybe the msg from unity that is on the top left but it work fine with other games so i'm not sure.

Every single ad. Don't get bonus prizes, the game restarts after the ad ends and I hit the x.

 

Aye just adding to this myself. I'm experiencing the same issue as well whereby I'm watching the full adverts and I'm not being rewarded the bonus awards.

@Ash KOT Considering it's restarting the application, I doubt its a 3rd party issue.

Same here. It's impossible to get pearls now without the reward for watching the ads.

 

Please fix your ad. Everybody cant use ad to refresh the store. Or to gain more gold and sugar. Please address this issue imediately.

 

Every time I watch ad to refresh store the ad finishes and I close the ad and game restarts and never credits me for watching ad. Playing on Galaxy S7.

 

Getting the game restarting after closing the ads.
Played 10 games tonight and these 2 ads are the ones I kept getting and they both restarted the game after closing:
- Guns of glory : unity ads
- Dungeon Hunter Champions : unity ads

 

I have this problem too. Hop the Dev team fix it sooner . But I think its because of the unity sds, when I watched the ads from angry birds or any ads from Rovio everything was fine

Though in all seriousness, could be a fixed bug if the devs aren't busy with ( as rude as it sounds) more important stuff, like providing new content and major fixes that could do some harm to the game if those bugs aren't fixed. Then the small stuff will be fixed.

No offense but this might not be fixed very soon due to the fact that it doesn't completely destroy the game for you. But I'm not a developer, what the hell do i know?
