Here comes THE BLASTYFIRE!!!

    My another idea for a new weapon:

    The Blastyfire or The Blastifier:):)

    A 2 slot weapon,range 22.5 and projectile speed of 20(can be extended up to a speed of 24 using talents).Fires an electric ball like the fireball the explosive cannon fires.Have a good trajectory like Standard Cannon.When this hits the enemy accurately,it deals damage and additionally stuns him for 3 sec(can be extended up to 5 sec using talents).
    This stun can be breaked only by the player who stunned him.If this electro ball hits the water or terrain near the enemy ship,it creates an electric splash(like fire splash of Explosive) and deals reasonable amount of damage.But stun duration reduces if u splash the enemy.Note this weapon don't splash if u hit him accurately.After being stunned,the enemy has a stun resistance of 4.5 sec.

    Pros:
    1)An all new splash weapon.
    2)Good splash damage dealer when enemies are close to each other and the damage slightly greater than blast cannon.

    WHEN Enforcers are using Tesla Shield,y can use this weapon and you will have 25-30% chance to
    1)infiltrate the shield and dealing full damage to them
    (Or)
    2)Stun them even if they are inside the shield.
    (This chance can be extended up to 40-45% using talents)


    Cons:
    1)When u use this weapon when your enemy is near,it stills deals damage to him but stuns both(u and him)
    2)Cool down of 13.5 sec makes it a longer cool down weapon.



    Note:An overall best weapon for all boats.


    Perks for the Blastifier:
    1)Decreased cooldown(-0.3, -0.5 ,-0.8)

    2)Damage perk(5%,8%,10%)

    U haven't even mentioned about it's damage done when it hits the target. The damage is the most important stat of any weapon. But all u have mentioned is about the stun, which is secondary description of the weapon.

    But overall, it is a good idea . But the key here will be the damage it deals . If the damage is less, then it can be a 1 slot item or if it's more then 2 slot.

    Also, I didn't get how the weapon will travel once it is fired. Because u mentioned it will have a trajectile like napalm, so I am guessing an another mortar?:confused:

    PS: This thread should be in suggestion section, not world of battle bay. :)

    Its damage will be slightly greater than Blast Cannon.I first thought that this should deal damage slightly less than explosive cannon.But that would be OP.I told that already.;););)

    I like the idea, but a few tweaks could be made, because right now, it stands out too much compared to other weapons because of all it's unique scenarios and stats.

    There is a BB Subreddit. My in-game tag: #GDHYNGJQ
    That might be too much. A few Blastifiers combined with a Tesla Bolt could lock an enemy into a permanent stun cycle. That's why weapon shots break stuns — to make it near-impossible to keep an enemy in a stun-lock. That's also why Tesla Bolt has a 20-second cooldown. 13 might be a bit low.
    I think if the stun behaved like a Tesla Bolt stun (if it was removable by any weapon shot) it would be more balanced.
    That sounds awesome.
    I'm not sure how smoothly this could be implemented. Right now, weapons don't have any special rules about placement on ships. This would break that continuity.

    And if this weapon dealt more damage than a Blast Cannon, the Perks might be too powerful. This weapon sounds like it would fire like a Cannon, so you could probably just use the Cannon Damage Perk.

    Besides what I've listed above, I would love to see this implemented!

    Well,I already told before that the enemy has been given a stun resistance of 4.5 sec after being stunned.If hit accurately,it stuns the enemy for more(3-5 sec,read that thoroughly) and if it splashes,it stuns for less duration.Only the stun made my this weapon can't be broken(3-5 sec can't be too OP,isn't it?).But if u use tesla bolt to stun the enemy,the stun will surely broke if u hit him.Well,thanks for replying.:):););)
