iOS to Android account transfer issues

    Help!!! Have been playing on my old iPhone. I want to transfer over to my new Android. When I downloaded the game on the Android, there was no option to load another account. I could only start a new account and go thru the initial trainings. Other posts in the forum indicated that syncing FB on the old iPhone then syncing on the new Android would accomplish the transfer. This did NOT work for me.

    Has anyone had success with such a transfer? How can I reach an admin? Any advice is welcomed.

    Really enjoy BB and have played wayyy too much over the last year. To start from scratch would be too painful so really hoping for a solution.
