One of the best suggestions in that thread is to
remove the cost to salvage perks from an item. I think that this is an excellent suggestion and would be received positively by the entire player-base.
We already OWN THE PERKS. Why do we have to PAY TO MOVE THEM? We don't have to pay to move any of our other items!
Currently the only people that this does not hurt are the whales with an abundance of perks and pearls. This is hurting 99% of the players.
Right now there are too many things that require pearls. Training, purchasing crates, purchasing boosts, and salvaging perks. I guarantee that every single pearl that has been spent salvaging perks
WOULD HAVE BEEN SPENT ON SOMETHING ELSE. This means that pearl-spending will not go down, but it will just be more effective, which is good for everyone.
Guild Quests have made this issue even worse as now you have to swap your mortar perks between whichever mortar you've got on this board. The implementation of Guild Quests made swapping weapons necessary, but it is still way too expensive to actually swap between weapons.
And if a new game-mode or event comes out that requires pearls again, then we will be even more strapped for pearls.
Devs, please help us players and remove this cost. We will still spend our pearls. But we just want to spend them on boosts or training rather than swapping perks.
