Best guns and ships

so ive been playing the game for a while, and i cant seem to get out of 1000 infamy! i would greatly appreciate if someone would tell me a great setup for mk3 shooter. my setup right now is blast cannon sniper canno and cannon. PLEASE HELP!!!

 

If you don't use one, it's time to use a bandage
You also should use any weapon that deals area damage
And you should stay with your team, don't seperate!

 

All I would say is "practice makes perfect", but still I could help you on some MK3 setups.

1. Mortar setup
Cannon (any)
Mortar (NEVER in your life use ballpark.) / Missiles / Firebomb
Mortar / Missiles / Firebomb
Turbo
Shield

2. Mid-range setup
Cannon (any, but preferably standard cannon as it balances out Railgun's cooldown)
Railgun / Torpedoes
Mortar / Missiles / Firebomb / Torpedoes
Turbo
Shield

These 2 are just suggestions, but the combinations are endless. You can try out other setups if you wish to and hope this helps.

 

In terms of crew training. Sniper cannon and blast cannon contradicts each other.

 

i dont use bandage i use a lvl 2 rare big shield, i think it helps more than a bandage. If you could persuade me i would hear you out. i also switch out sniper cannon for big berta. thanks for replying

Oh, I'm so good at peruading people to use bandage, so, let me begin:

So, for example:

I'm going to use the small shield, because:

Small shield (1 space consumption, big one uses 2)
Bandage (1 space consumption)

Wanna be fair to the bandage

(Rare) Small shield (without upgrades / perks) = + 130 health

(Rare) Bandage (without upgrades / perks) = + 16 health every 5 secs

So, now I have one.

So, imagine you have a small shield (130 health)

And you have a bandage (16 hp every 5 secs)
16 hp = 5 secs
130 hp = 40 secs

So, you basically get a small shield every 40 seconds
If you are someone who dies 40 seconds after getting the first damage, bandage is useless for you (That's why bandage is very famous under the yellow boat category, because they usually recieve less damage (Tesla Bolt / Shield, Overboost to dodge)
If you are someone who survives longer than 40 seconds after getting hit the first time, bandage is better / great for you - sometimes only slightly, often times way more effective than small shield

And by the way, Capitain_Perry is one of the best, if not the best speeder / enforcer out there

Listen to this guy he knows what he's taking about I personally use the turbo but I'm adding a bandage in when I get my mk4 tomorrow

 

Yesterday I hit the 1000 infamy mark
But because of that I wouldn't say that I'm a bad player
In the most competitive games I first look on Youtube for strategies and tactics and then I really begin to play

For example, as a level 12 I already knew about how the fire-debuff amplifies the damage of cannons, that cannons shoot in a small arc so that you can shoot over small waves, that you can do the so called "enforcer-dance" so that enemies can't hit you

Currently I'm using a flare gun to light enemies on fire, a blast cannon to do massive damage with amplified damage, tesla shield to absorb damage + overboost to dodge the enemy fire and, of course, a bandage
Everything on my Enforcer MK4 which is awesome btw

And yeah, for a level 22 I'm very low in infamy, but I always try out new combinations, and these don't work out as I planned sometimes, so that would explain that issue...
