I like to keep neutral on this subject but objective.
Devs really do make positive changes.
And at times have shown they listen to the community.
But they do it very slowly. And with a minimal to complete lack of communication.
This perception isn't changing. Because as gamers. We are used to even games like Fortnight making 3 different Thanos. balancing changes in 1 week.
Would this mean the deveopers need to have someone more full time on staff for community issues?
Or a developer full time on balancing changes?
I can't say.
But they lose player good will with non communication at times.
Most here prefer even a simple. I hear u. We are working on it. And... should be done in next eta time frame.
This might be an impossibility for the battle bay developers. And I respect the talent and the resolve to only put out a product when one feels it's ready.
But the reasoning behind the lack of communication and how and when to do balancing. Verses how other successful companies have handled this should very much be a big conference room meeting in the developers office.
