We need custom commands.

Kind of already suggested somewhere else but before creating a custom command I think it needs to be verified first to avoid commands that contains bad words like FAk you all,piece of ship, you guys are buttholes blah blah blah

 

As much as I might want to say something special to somebody special every once in a while (like every battle probably), the set commands make it possible to have people who speak different languages communicate basic instructions to each other with translation built in.

Also, I don’t think I would enjoy the barrage of custom commands directed at me after a bad move too

I would like voice recognition to order commands so I don’t have to fidget with the command box while I’m mid battle.

 

Great idea. At last this game wont get boring
If someone use bad word, just report them.

 

I predict salty people will start making commands with bad words, taunts aimed towards someone etc... Kids play these battles too ya know! They, or even anyone else, may get really upset/angry with such remarks. So overall, this idea sounds good but maybe it wouldn't work too well in practice. Furthermore, aren't there enough commands already? Adding more would just clutter up the screen.

 

• Trolls (and people with terrible grammar) will abuse it. The devs will have to go to great lengths to prevent abuse of the system.

What we do need is more detailed commands, such as:

• Retreat/Re-group/ Fall back instead if "together" because "together" can mean multiple things, according to the situation.
• "Push forward" since "Attack" , "Attack", "Attack" is kind of obsolete :/

Plus, until 3000+, do you really think many players pay attention to or obey these? (I don't)

At the most, I would only be willing to consider slight improvements to the existing commands.

 

Somewhat larger list of call-outs, which you can hotkey within a tweaked UI. Simple.

 

Above 3000 most people still don't care. You can say "together!" and then watch 4 people go 4 different ways, or spam "negative!" when someone is going towards the enemy and then watch them suicide anyway. No amount of commands is going to fix this.

So yes, I'm also against OP's idea. It wouldn't change anything for the better and is guaranteed to be abused.

But it will be better if there were like 15 commands ,and we choose which one we want in chat command .

 

Would be good if you could direct the 'negative' command at particular teammates. Because spamming doesn't do much when captain solo goes 1v5

*Teammate doesn't stop, jumps in the enemy team to 1v5*
