Returning to the bay after a 5 and a half month break.

    Hey guys. I used to play this game about 5 and a half months ago. I quit it then because I use to get really angry after matches which I felt wasn’t very good for my health.

    Anyway, I have felt the urge to play this game again and feel I have the...tranquility to do so ;)

    What have I missed since I have been off? From what I tell, the main “Bay Area” looks a bit different. Has anything noticeable happened in my absence? My main ship is enforcer with the FG BC combo. Thanks :p

    Okay, here goes:
    1. Stun CD got hiked
    2. Lege wep farming
    3. Tesshield durarion is now visible to the enemy
    4. Firebomb damages MORE and lasts LESS at the rims now.

    New matchmaking threads started: 7 million +5 and counting
    Salty threads: ~5billion
    Trolls: +3(approx)

    Pretty much same forum, same game;)

    Excism:Evolve epic FB to tier 4
    ROVIO introduce a Nerf to FB that makes FB tier4 deals dmg of a tier2 pre nerf

    After being away for so long, here are a few things you will notice :
    • Players have better weapons than before. You may struggle at first against this
    • There are far more enforcers in the Bay (and far more Tesla shields)
    • Try not to fall more than 800 (or so, it’s not an exact figure) below your highest infamy, or you’ll fall foul of the new anti tanking rules which very much reduce your rewards
    • Unless you want to stir up a hornets nest, avoid saying the following on the forum
      • Sniper is OP
      • Double bubble (double Tesla shield ) is OP
      • Defender is weak at highest levels.
      • Comments about whether matchmaking is fair
    • Weapon achievements can help you get copies of your weapons (even up to legendary status)
    I’m sure there are many other points, anyway, have fun:)
